Q. Can I use the device while charging?
A. For safety reasons, the device cannot be used while
charging. Please use it after it is fully charged.
Q. Why does the device turn off during use?
A. The device automatically turns off when the preset mode time ends. If you want to continue using it, please turn it back on.
Q. Is it okay to use the device longer than the recommended time?
A. The recommended time minimizes skin irritation.
Follow the guideline or switch areas if you wish to continue.
Q. Can I turn off the voice guide?
A. Press and hold the mode button for 3 seconds to turn off
the voice. Press again for 3 seconds to turn it back on.
Q. How do I know if it is fully charged?
A. The indicator light will turn off when charging is complete.
If not fully charged, the battery icon will blink.
Q. Can I use it overseas?
A. The device uses a USB-C charging port and can be used
anywhere in the world with a proper plug adapter.

Q. I would like to return my order. How can I proceed?
Benove Cosmetics (Non-Device Products)
Change of Mind:
For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted for Benove non-device products (cosmetics), regardless of whether the item has been opened or used.
This policy ensures that every customer receives brand-new products directly from our warehouse.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your cosmetic product arrives damaged or defective, a replacement is available within 30 days of receipt.
Please contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist you promptly.
Benove Devices
Change of Mind & Unopened Products:
Returns due to a change of mind are accepted within 14 days of receipt only if the product is in its original, sealed, and unopened condition.
If the product’s seal sticker is broken or the packaging has been opened, returns will not be accepted due to the nature of the device coming into contact with the skin.Additionally, we must first confirm that the product remains unopened before a return can be processed.
※ In such cases, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Devices:
If your Benove Age-R device is damaged or defective, a replacement is available within one year of the receipt date. (Refunds are not available in these cases.)
※ We do not offer free repairs for damages caused by customer misuse, even within the warranty period.
※ To confirm the issue, we may request a video showing the device's malfunction. Thank you for your understanding.
Customs duties and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you received free shipping with your original purchase, the initial shipping fee may be deducted from your refund upon return.
Q. My device is not working. How long is the free repair warranty period?
All Benove devices are covered by a limited one-year warranty from the date of original purchase.
If the product fails to operate properly due to a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced free of charge within one year of the purchase date.
The following are not covered under the free warranty:
- Damage from misuse, unauthorized repair, or modification
- Use of an incompatible power adapter (fast chargers are not allowed)
- Damage caused by dropping the device, impact, or negligence
- Damage due to natural disasters
- Commercial or professional use (e.g., repeated use in salons or aesthetic clinics)
This warranty is valid only when the product is used with the original accessories included in the package (e.g., charging cable).
It does not apply to non-device products such as cosmetics or tools from Benove.
Q. I would like to know if I can change the payment method after I place an order.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the payment method selected during checkout cannot be changed.
If you wish to use a different payment method, we recommend canceling the current order (if eligible) and placing a new one with your preferred option.

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been packed for shipment.

After Shipment (Fulfilled Orders)】
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
