Benove currently ships to South Korea and select international destinations. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that delays may occur during promotional events or holiday seasons.

  • Domestic Shipping (Korea): Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $100 USD. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

  • International Shipping: Shipping rates vary by country. We use carriers such as DHL and EMS. Any applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and sealed in its original packaging.

  • The purchase was made directly from thebenove.com.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

If the product is defective or damaged during shipping, it may be eligible for a free replacement within 1 year of the purchase date.
