Placing an order constitutes a binding purchase agreement. Once submitted, you are obligated to pay for the order unless otherwise canceled in accordance with our policies.

Pricing & Payment

If payment fails or is denied, your order will not be fulfilled.

DELIVERY

Shipping is available to countries listed on our website.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Benove offers a 14-day withdrawal period for customers in the EU.
To qualify:

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.
  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 14 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

WARRANTY
